Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase! I want you to love your shirts! However, MizErie Loves Shirts is a one-person small business. I hope this changes with your continued support so I can expand my returns policy in the future.

Exchanges

Mistakes happen, and I’m not immune from making them. If your items arrive and are not what you ordered or are flawed or damaged during shipping, MizErie Loves Shirts will happily replace the item upon receiving proof of the problem/flaw/damage within 14 days of delivery. I can only replace items if they are different from what was ordered, are flawed, or are damaged prior to being marked delivered and you provide me with photos.

How to Return an Item

  1. If your order is incorrect, flawed, or damaged in shipping, send me an email at [email protected] with your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo(s) of the issue, and I will get back to you as quickly as I can.
  2. I must receive photos of the problem/flaw/damage in order to accept a return.
  3. Once I receive the return in its original, unworn condition, MizErie Loves Shirts will replace the item with the same product as ordered.

Items must be completely unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and be in their new, original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. DO NOT REMOVE TAGS AND RETURN ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RECEIPT. KEEP CLEAN AND UNSTAINED. Items should be neatly folded and carefully packed. Items in disheveled condition, with stains and/or visible wear, or with tags cut/removed will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense without refund.

MizErie Loves Shirts strictly cannot accept any return requests after 14 days from delivery. Return packages must be dropped off with the return shipping carrier within 7 days after a return label has been provided, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Please ship items back in original packaging; do not use oversized boxes.

Please note I cannot provide replacement of items for accidental damage caused during laundering or dry-cleaning, such as stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkling, tears, rips, bleaching, iron damage, heat damage, and seam damage.

MizErie Loves Shirts is not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and orders will not be re-sent or refunded.

Orders that are returned to me due to the wrong shipping address being entered for the order, attempted deliveries, or for deliveries not re-scheduled by the customer within 30 days of the first delivery attempt will not be refunded. MizErie Loves Shirts cannot accept responsibility for packages not received due the wrong shipping address being entered for the order or not being accepted at the address.

Again, return packages must be authorized. Any return not authorized through the steps above will not be honored. The return address will be provided after your return request is approved.

Cancellations

Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email your order cancellation request with your name and order number to support.mizerielovescompany.com if you need to cancel your order. MizErie Loves Shirts will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
